8Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 19slots

Where suspension is temporary and results from a security review rather than a confirmed breach, 19slots will communicate the status of the review within five business days. If the review clears the account, it will be reinstated with all balances intact.

8.2 Closure by the Player

Before closure, you may withdraw any eligible real-money balance subject to standard withdrawal processing times. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be removed upon closure and are not withdrawable.

8.3 Dormant Accounts
